SelectNewTicketQueue and default queue

If etc/RT_SiteConfig has:

$DefaultNewQueue = 1;

and Elements/SelectNewTicketQueue has:

<%ARGS>
$Name => ‘Queue’
$Verbose => undef
$Default => $RT::DefaultNewQueue
</%ARGS>

Will that do what I expect it to? If it will, that should make into the
config so I don’t have to edit SelectNewTicketQueue after every upgrade.
