Seeing RT in action

Does anyone in Northern Indiana, Southwestern Lower Michigan have Request
Tracker set up and functioning? We are considering using RT for our Help
Desk tracking software, but we would like to see it in action. Would anyone
be willing to let our support team visit your organization and see how it
is being used?
