Like many, we get an extraordinary amount of spam sent to our RT queues.
Rather than fight it, we have decided to use RT to process spam; to
maintain our Sendmail block lists based on evidence in a queue we set up
just for spam.
Later, when someone asks why we are blocking mail from ip 22.214.171.124
I can look for that IP in the spam queue. The problem is: the search
function does not search message headers.
How can I set up a search to include message headers in the material
to be searches? We are using Version 2.0.15.
