Search builder 'arrows' changed to HTML entities

I’ve attached a proposed patch to the Search builder form to change the
pseudo-arrows into HTML arrow entities. I personally think that it makes
the interface look cleaner (at least when using the single line arrows),
but that is a matter of debate. Anyway, since the change was so trivial,
I decided to just do it and send in a patch. I’ve attached two different
patch sets, one changes the arrows to single line arrows and the other
changes them to double line arrows. If there is a reason for the arrows
not to use HTML entities, such as Jesse doesn’t like them, then please
disregard.

Thanks.

Thanks! Applied! (Single-arrow variant)
