All the Columns that refer to other tickets (DependsOn, RefersTo, etc)
all seem to return the current ticket ID instead of the other end of
the link. I get this behaviour under 3.4.4 and 3.5.3.

I also have this phenomenon under 3.4.1 (debian package).
