Hey All,
I’ve just started using RT. I’m currently playing around with it on a dev
server and want to start using it for a few applications.
There are a few things I want to customize using Scrips, but I’m finding
very little documentation about it. Are there any examples?
Primarily, I’m curious about the text areas in the create/modify scrips
page. What do I put in these? Are they templates or perl or something else?
What can I do with it?
