Scrips not firing

I’ve created Scrips for Owner Change and Queue Change, but neither of these
are executing when the condition is met. They both use custom templates,
but I’m not even recieving any error messages, and there’s nothing in the
sendmail queue. Any ideas?

What about RT’s logs? Check and adjust the Logging options
in the site config and see what RT thinks is going on.
