Greetings, I would really appreciate your help, I am using Debian 7 with RT 4.2.3. I installed RT IR 3.0.0
But can’t activate the extension.
I tried with:
Set (@Plugins, ‘RT::IR’);Set (@Plugins, (RT::IR));Set (@Plugins, (qw(RT::IR)));
Note:"In Rtir readme, the required packages section specifies RT 4.0.14 or later "
Thank you very much for any reply.

“Designed for use with 4.0”
RTIR 3.0 doesn’t work with 4.2, I believe.
