I have tried rt-3.0.6.exe from http://www.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/3.0/
It gets to ‘downloading oin-perl.exe’, downloads the file, but at 100%
restarts and tries again. After two tries it gives up and the
installation fails.
I have tried this on three separate machines; can anyone suggest a
reason, reproduce the problem, or else tell me where I can download
oin-perl separately?
PS. This problem also occurs with all the various other dependencies
too.
