RTx::RightsMatrix - compatible with RT 4?

I just installed RTx::RightsMatrix into a fresh install of RT 4.0.1 using the recipe in the README file, and after stopping and starting Apache, I don’t see anything extra on the Tools/Configuration/Tools menu.

Am I doing something wrong, or is RTx::RightsMatrix too old?

I haven’t reviewed RT4 yet. If you figure out why it isn’t working
feel free to send me a patch and I can work on a new release.
