We are having an issue that i cant resolve, We have made a few custom “Classification”, so we can sort tickets easy and fast, And also so we can see the diffrent amount of tickets in the “RTIR Periodic Report”.
We have 1 Constituency for each diffrent Customer, For easy filtering.
So when selecting Constituency, For 1 of the customers, We want to see how many tickets we have put in SPAM for example.
But when doing this we only see the amount of tickets that have been created and resolved during that time, All other fields Spam, Phising etc we still have 0 on them even though we have set a classification inside the ticket.
