Hello,
Problem with upgrade script in RTIR 2.6.0 RC1 was reported and fixed,
so here is RC2 for testing. As well we merged fix from RTIR 2.4 branch
(fix will be in 2.4.6 as well). Read CHANGES and UPGRADING
instructions as this change is in DB and upgrade can not be automated.
