http://rt-url/RTFM/index and http://rt-url/RTFM/Article/index.html (after
logging in as a normal user) doesn’t show any articles - the entire page is
still the same as the main page for the normal user after login…
Anyway with RTFM deployment experience wanna talk about it?

The tab is defined in the file Tabs, it is different for priviledgede users
and unpriviledged users, the unpriviledged users’s tab is in
html/SelfService
I haven’t tried RTFM now, but this is what I can tell you about the tabs.

I’d like to know what permissions need to be set in order for my
unprivileged users to see the RTFM articles? I’ve already set Everybody to
SeeClass and ShowArticle, but still when I log in as a normal user (not
staff), I can’t even see the RTFM tab on the left!
