We’re experiencing a problem with RTFM in the Ticket Update page. If we
search for an RTFM article matching a particular string (% for example)
and that string occurs in both the article summary and a custom field,
the article is returned twice in the list of matching articles.
Is this intentional for the list to not be made distinct, or something
that only we seem to be experiencing? Has anyone else come across this?
