Hi, since I’m having problems with the ‘refers to’ link that is added
when I add an RTFM article to a ticket, I’m wondering if there is an
easy way to change the code so that it will not insert the 'refers to’
link at all. I’d be happy if I could simply insert the RTFM article
text into a ticket, I don’t need to keep track of the refers to stuff…
Is this easy to do? Has anyone else done something like this, or know
where in the code I should be making changes?
