RTFM access w/o RT access

RT 3.0.7_01 (moving to 3.2.2 shortly) and RTFM. I want to give a wide
population of people access to RTFM’s articles w/o giving them access to RT
or requiring any login. I am unsure of how to do this, any help is
appreciated.

The 2.1 branch of RTFM is a lot closer to making this easy (A lot of the
changes involved were working toward this end.)
