When going to RTFM | Config | Classes, I get the following when logged in as
root:
[Wed Mar 12 00:09:52 2003] [crit]: RT::Principal=HASH(0x95433e4) HasRight
called with no valid object (/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Principal_Overlay.pm:247)
When I log in as my normal user (who has superuser privs), I do not see the
RTFM menu option.
Oddly, if I goto Config | Users | any_user, I see the RTFM menu link. Do I
not have the right ACLs ?

I probably should have also pointed out that in the “Select a Class” page or
when I try to extract to an article, I don’t have any options to create a
class. Could be a file perm issue but I’ve gone over everything already.From: “matthew zeier” mrz@intelenet.net

In RTFM/Admin/Elements/ClassTabs I see:
if ($session{‘CurrentUser’}->HasRight( Object => $RT::FM::System, Right =>
‘AdminClass’)) {
But I don’t see AdminClass in the ACL table or as a right I can grant a
user.From: “matthew zeier” mrz@intelenet.net

RTFM’s administration is within RTFM. Do you a “Configuration” option
inside the “RTFM” menu?

Traced down to file perm errors. RTFM’s ‘make install’ did a doosy on my
/opt/rt3 tree, changing a bunch of directories to mrz:sysadm and botching up
a bunch of file perms.----- Original Message -----
