RT3: Update several tickets at once with an Included RTFM article?

Dear BestPractical Community,

Is there a way under RT3 to ‘update several tickets at once’ with one or more
of my RTFM articles? I see browsing for attachments is possible, but I’d like
to be able to include an inline article into the comment box.

Is anybody currently doing something like this in RT3, by some other method
like joining tickets?
