RT3: how to add an owner for just one ticket?

Hi,

In RT2, I used to add somebody as AdminCc for one ticket
so that he could be set to be the owner of that ticket
(when a ticket needed some outside of staff help for resolution)

I cannot manage to do the same with RT3:
AdditionalUser is unprivileged.
Queue group rights:
Roles:
AdminCc:
CommentOnTicket, ModifyTicket, OwnTicket, ShowTicket,
ShowTciketComments, StealTicket, TakeTicket, Watch, WatchAsAdminCc

So the AdminCc of a Ticket has the right: OwnTicket
I was expecting to see his login into the drop-down box for owner,
but he is missing…

This was working in RT2.

By the way, how mature is RT3 ?
I’m encountering lots of things which worked in RT2
and do not work anymore in RT3

Thanks,
Gilles-Eric DESCAMPS

What version of RT3? Role-based ACLs did have some problems around
3.0.2/3.0.3 (I can’t remember exactly where), but these should be
resolved in 3.0.4.

Have you submitted them to rt-3.0-bugs@fsck.com ?
