Rt3 handling incoming mail

Hi there,

I am new to rt3. I want to configure rt3 and sendmail to work
together. Is there a good tutorial or howto on how I can implement this
type of functionality.

Bascially I want to be able to write tickets@blah.blah.com and have rt3
auto open a ticket and auto respond to the originator.
