is it planned that custom field descriptions would be shown more often?
In ticket editing Ticket/Modify.html?id=XXX,
When you select a custom field from the listbox, it would be nice to have
field values together with descriptions inside the listbox.
If you don’t feel always comfortable with this, let’s define this
behaviour in RT_SiteConfig.pm.
Example: custom field “Contract Number”. field values are the contract numbers,
and the descriptions give the explanations, like customer name etc.
When you assign a contract number to a ticket, you see only the contract numbers,
and have to look somewhere else for contract descriptions.
In Ticket/Display.html?id=XXX it would be nice as well to show the custom field
