RT3 Batch Stats

Hi,

I’m using the command line rt3 batch stats to generate reporting data on
my rt 3.4.2 installation.

They work great. What i really want to do also is report daily on
"TimeWorked", whether a ticket is resolved or not, thus giving me an
idea of how much time is spent on the helpdesk on a daily basis.

I have had a crack at the TimeWorked extension to RT3-Statiscs package,
but i haven’t been able to get it to work properly, especially getting
it to pickup my defined $Queue.

I would prefer though a command line process so it could be automated
and sent via email on a weekly basis.

Can anyone help out with this?

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to make it so that a staff member cannot
submit a ticket without entering data into a specific custom field.

We have a queue where the users telephone number is included in the ticket
and I want to make it mandatory to take a customers telephone number before
the staff member submits the ticket.

Any help appreciated.
