Rt2 scrip query

Our set up mails requestors when the owner of their ticket changes, saying
something like “Your ticket is now being looked at by John”. However, for
a variety of reasons, we sometimes want to change the owner of a ticket
back to “Nobody” so the above message, in those circumstances doesn’t look
too good. How can I prevent an e-mail being sent when the Owner has
changed to “Nobody” ?
