Here is what I’m trying to do:
My RT notifies the new owner of a ticket if the owner has been changed.
However I’m trying to include the original message which was sent to RT in
the template sent to the new owner.
Basically the first transaction of the ticket.
I tried to look into the code, but I’m unable to find out which code I have
to put into my template so that it will be displayed.
I hope somebody can help me.
