Hi all,

We have a rt3.4.1 installed, everything is working fine. Now we got a
new server and I tried to take the chance to go to rt3.8.1.
After inserting the dump to 3.8 and database upgrade everything works
fine except of the broken attachments. Is this an general issue or maybe
an encoding thingy? New created attachments in this installation are
fine.
