RT user guide in French

Hi,

Here is a French user guide. I am affraid it is only partially translated
as I started to distribute it before I could finish the work and now
everybody here knows how to use RT without any document (RT is easy to
learn…). It is also quite company specific, but it can be a base for
others to work on.

RT3 is available in French, so I’ll have to update the screenshots some
day…
