RT Upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.0.6

I’ve upgraded 2 successive times, and it doesn’t update the version number
on the actual RT web page. Maybe this is something in my config that needs
to be changed; but figured I’d ask, in case that means something might not
have been completed properly.

Did you restart Apache? If you’re running RT via mod_perl, you need to
fully stop it.
