RT tracker - Only sending email to certain email no all

Hi There,

When creating a ticket in RT tracker and you cc someone, only send an email to certain email addresses. I tried cc Gmail accounts, but those never make it into the G accounts.

For reference. The main support email we have, it is a POP setup from outlook.

Any ideas(?)



How do you have outgoing email setup? Do some users receive email? What do you see in the logs? Email/web server

Did you gmail users check their spam folder?
