RT ticket creation by mail for unregistered users

Hi all,
there is a way to avoid that a ticket is created in RT if the mail address is not associated to any registered user?

  • Modify global group rights
  • remove the option “Create tickets” for the groups “Everyone”, perhaps you also want this to uncheck this option for “Unprivileged” as well
