RT_System - Outgoing email about a comment recorded

Just upgraded to RT 3.2.1 and now every outgoing email comment gets
recorded. Is there a way to turn that off? I’m just getting a bunch of
duplicate entries now.

Perhaps the “Outgoing email” section of the configuration file is worth
a look:

By default, RT records each message it sends out to its own internal

database.

To change this behaviour, set $RecordOutgoingEmail to 0
