RT Statistics Package Installation Help

Hello,

I am trying to setup RT Statistics (Simon Cozen’s) package on RT 2.0.14,
running on a Red Hat 7.2 box. Is there a way someone can help me with some
installation guidelines. Looks like i installed all the required modules,
including Apache::GD::Graph and made the modifications in the httpd.conf
file.

How do i get to the initial page?

I can get to my RT page and i have the stats folder under /WebRT
folder and i have the folder chart under /html folder.

If i try to open http:///chart it gives me and error in the apache
log “Undefined subroutine &Apache::GD::Graph::handler called”

Where do i go from here? Any help / comments in this regard would be highly
appreciated.

Thanks,

Raj

Sorry can’t help, but you’ve obviously had more luck than I
have finding this package. After searching through the list
archives and google I haven’t been able to find a download link for
them.

Where did you get them from?

Cheers,

Neil.

Hi all:

I’ve been playing with keywords (they’re great), and I wonder if there is
a way to add a keyword-like field that permits free text rather than the
pulldown list that keywords permits. I’d like to add a field for acct#
and be able to search on it, etc, and I don’t want to have to enter every
possible acct# as a keyword. Contributions? Suggestions?

Thanks

Larry

Hi all:

Love RT, and I’ve been messing with keywords, and they are great for
adding a field with a limited, predefined set of options. Now I find
myself wanting to add a field that doesn’t have predefined options, and
being able to search on it. Specifically, I’d like to add an account
number field, as many email addresses in our universe are part of a single
account, and it’s useful to be able to relate back and forth.

I suppose we could add every potential account number as a keyword, but
that seems less clean than even a “free text” field. Is there a
capability I’m missing or some contributed code that might help?

Many thanks,

Larry
