Is there any documentation available on how to use the RT statistics
package.

Request Tracker Wiki

basicaly you install it, then click on the “Statistics” link on the
home page. Then look at the pretty pictures and oogle and aahhh.

there doesn’t appear to be any configuration necessary.

Thats what i did :slight_smile: Now my next step is to figure out how to add
things like displaying the number of tickets staff members are working
on and other types of stats we are interested in.

Thats what i did :slight_smile: Now my next step is to figure out how to
add things like displaying the number of tickets staff
members are working on and other types of stats we are interested in.

And supplying a patch so we can all oooh and aaaah at the lovely new
pics? :slight_smile:
