RT Self Service Download Attachement does not work


When attempting to download an attachment from the RT Self Service, the “My
open tickets” list is returned instead of the attachment.

This occurs for document attachments and the download of a message. It also
occurs when clicking on the link the follows the “Updated:” Title under the
Dates section.

Other Notes: The link seems to be pointing to the correct location, when
compared to the Staff RT, but have a different (incorrect) result.
