Rt options

rt is so sweet and this list is great, I’ve learned alot, I hope my
question isn’t something obvious, thanks in advance for your comments.

We would like to have the capability of changing the reply-to field so we
can change the requestor manually (to deal with auto-generated forwarded
messages) Whats the best way to do that?

Also, is it possible to enable cc/bcc fields for manual entry?

We want to start using stastical reports for time spent/response time,
recurring problems et al. Is there a plug in for this? I remember reading
about it but can’t find where I read it.
