RT on an existing RedHat 7.1 System

Hi All

I am looking to install RT on an existing system, which
already has Apache, MySQL, PHP4-MYSQL, PHP4 & Perl 5
installed and working for other systems, has anyone else
started from this point and if so do you have any notes/short
cuts save me following the full RT manual.

Many thanks

Denis Croombs

Following the manual or INSTALL quick guide will give you a greater
understanding of RT. If you have problems with sections of that, rt-users
can help

               Systems/Network Engineer NCC
             www.ripe.net - PGP562C8B1B Operations

I tried this, and fell off a cliff. One of the
problems I had was the apache with mod_perl.
I just reinstalled everything, and placed it all in a
single ‘rt’ directory. In that directory, I have
subdirectories: perl, postgres, etc. That way,
backups are pretty easy too.— Denis Croombs denis@imsltd.com wrote:
