I have one query…
Intro… help@foo.com → qued to QUE-1 → supported by MAN1,MAN2,MAN3.
Problem…
1.Mr.A sends a request to help@foo.com
2.MAN1 takes ownership & send a reply.
3.Mr.A is not satisfied with the reply and sends another question.
4.Now how will MAN1 know that he has received another request from
and existing client Mr.A, since all replies are automatically merge into the original question.

A transaction notification is sent via email to the owner of the request
whenever a transaction (including comment or correspondence) takes place on
it.
From the web UI, while replying, MAN1 would change the request status
from “Open” to “Stalled”; it will then change back to “Open” automatically
on the next correspondence.

Hi,
I need a small info in customisation of Queue owners screen…
In the VIEW QUEUE display where all the messages are diplayed, we have an
option called OWNER : O Any O XXXXX
Now I want both the “Check Boxes” to be “selected” by default, that is when
the page loads.
What do I need to change in the source code.
Please advise,
