Hi Team,
My RT version - 4.4 is suddenly generating ticket IDs in random series and with random difference.
Please find the below screenshot and suggest.
I believe the ticket ID just uses the auto increment feature from the db, do you have something maybe messing with the tickets table?
Also check for anything creating sub-tickets. Each sub ticket will get an auto-incremented ID
