RT Essentials now available

It gives me an almost unhealthy amount of pleasure to announce the
availability of /RT Essentials/ from O’Reilly Media.

RT Essentials is the first book on RT and was coauthored by me, Robert
Spier, Dave Rolsky, Darren Chamberlain and Richard Foley.

It took a while to make it happen and at times I wasn’t even sure it would
see the light of day. This weekend, I attended O’Reilly’s FOO camp and
Tim O’Reilly presented me with the first copy of RT Essentials.

The book is shipping from Amazon and other retailers now. To get your
copy, head on over to http://rtbook.bestpractical.com.

Best,
Jesse

Jesse, Is a Table of Contents available for review? I didn’t see one at
the O’Reilly site.

I don’t have an electronic copy from ORA yet. The content on their site
is still from the pre-release phase. But as soon as they get it up, I’ll
link to it.

I just received mine couple hours ago. Eeehaa!

What version of RT does this book discuss? Thanks.

The book covers RT 3.4, though just about everything in RT 3.2 is
covered, as is everything major about how 3.5 works.
