I searched whole internet to find a documentation for RT but I didn’t find anything. Does anybody have a document for this database?
Not quite the whole internet: there’s a wiki page on the database schema. Plus of course the documentation for the Perl modules, etc that are normally used instead of direct database SQL calls.
