Hi, I would like to change the query that populates the 10 newest
unowned tickets that is displayed in the “RT at a glance” home page.

Where can I find this query?

If you’re a SuperUser:

Go on RT at glance page
Click on “modify” on the right of “10 newest unowned tickets”, then
click on “SavedSearch” after “you can also modify …”.
modify the search, then save.
