Rt as bug tracker!

Hi!

I want to use the rt3 system as bug tracker. The only think which I
couldn’t find
is a “nice list” of all open tickets in a queue which is visible without
authentification.

Of course I read the docu and find the SelfService part. But this is
only for the tickets
I requested. I tried to give the “guest user” some rights but then he
see the tickets but he get the
complete search mask and the complete left bar, which too dificult. I
only need a simple list of tickets and
a link to the ticket maybe a simple search facility.

best regards

Have a look at the bug list for
RT. http://lists.fsck.com/pipermail/rt-users/2003-April/013159.html It
is an excellent starting point and may even be all you are looking
for.

In the contrib area unter rt3 there is also the page buglist, which is used by bestpractical.
With that you get a list of all open tickets in a queue without authentication.
