RT after installing don't work

I installed last version of RT but when I’m trying to start apache I have such error:

Global symbol “$m” requires explicit package name at /var/web/rt/bin/webmux.pl line 94.

Syntax error on line 969 of /home/roma/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Compilation failed in require at (eval 5) line 1.

Can anybody help me?
