Hi,
I am currently using a TimedNotification like reminder mechanism. All works well but since I am using RT::Action::RecordCorrespondence the reminders show in the ticket history. Is there a handy way of using RT::Action:Notification with the Template mechanism so that the reminders can still use templates but are not recorded in the History?
