Currently on Oracle 9 with RT 5.0.3 and encountering FCGI not starting. Apache logs are fine. The actual server logs read like this
-Failed to read FastCGI header
-DNS lookup failure for: localhost:5000favicon.ico
I have not had this problem before. I did have to reinstall RT5 but everything was set up the same so I am confused on what is the error or where to look.
