RT 5.0.3 beta1 is now available for testing. This release contains a few key improvements (some also in 4.4.6), some compatibility updates for RTIR, along with various bug fixes. You can view release notes on our documentation site:
Below is the link to the beta release. There are two notable changes in this release (also noted in the UPGRADING notes):

A bug with the Mason cache introduced in 5.0.2 is fixed. This mostly impacted RTIR users, but could show up with broken links in other cases also. We would like confirmation that the fix works for users who had issues.

Bind parameters for database queries are now used for all queries. This requires updating the module DBIx::SearchBuilder to version 1.70 or later. This should help performance for all databases, but should have the biggest improvements on Oracle.
