Hi all! Our company is migrating the email servers and at this moment the Exchange solution doesn’t support POP3 Secure. Has anyone succeeded to connect RT to Exchange Web Services (EWS) and retrieve emails? I’ve searched the available topics here, but I couldn’t find anything that could help me.
We have configured an Exchange send connector to forward mail to postfix on our RT server. Postfix then delivers mail to RT using rt-mailgate.
