RT 4.2.1 rich text display

Hi,

we have an issue with URLs display, after upgrading to 4.2.1.
Problem is that & in URLs are translated to & which brokes the links:

http://example.com/?page=test&id=1234
is displayed as:
http://example.com/?page=test&id=1234

Plain text shows it ok.
