I have an old RT 4.0.4 chugging along in the corner. From time to time, user will get the error “An internal error has occurred. Your administrator can find more details in RT’s log files.” in the GUI. In the systems syslog, I have found the following error, which seems to correspond with the times when my users experience receive the error message.
Any ideas on how to fix it?
