That wasn’t ever on the list. That comes in when we get to do the
Scrips-> Rules rewrite.

I have just applied Dirk Pape HideGlobalscrips to my RT-3.6 … the patch
supplied did not work (it was based on rt-3.2) but it was easy enough to
change the appropriate Elements and libs … less than a couple of hours
work and now it woks farily well …
