RT 3.6.3 svn7331 and user's 10 highest priority tickets

Hi all.

I’ve upgraded RT to the latest SVN code and can’t see “user’s 10 highest
priority tickets” in the ticket. It looks like:

This user’s 10 highest priority tickets:
Groups this user belongs to:

* /Everyone/
* /Unprivileged/

and nothing else.
